Event Terms and Conditions

By registering for, attending, or participating in any Frances Ann Capital Insights Forum (the “Event”), the attendee (“Attendee”) acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

Assumption of Risk

Attendee acknowledges that attendance at the Event involves ordinary and customary risks associated with participation in a professional gathering, including travel to and from the venue. Attendee voluntarily assumes responsibility for their participation and for their personal property while attending the Event.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frances Ann Capital Partners, its affiliates, general partners, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and venue partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense arising out of or related to attendance at or participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or economic loss.

Release and Indemnification

Attendee hereby releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to Attendee’s participation in the Event. Attendee agrees to indemnify the Released Parties against any claims or liabilities resulting from Attendee’s conduct at the Event.

No Investment Advice or Solicitation

The Event is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing presented or discussed at the Event constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Any investment decisions should be made independently and in consultation with professional advisors.

Photography, Video, and Audio Recording Consent

Attendee acknowledges that the Event may be photographed, recorded, or filmed. Attendee grants Frances Ann Capital Partners and its designees the irrevocable right to use Attendee’s likeness, image, voice, and participation in photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, or other media captured during the Event. Such media may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including on websites and social media platforms, without compensation or further approval.

Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful manner consistent with the purpose of the Event. Frances Ann Capital Partners reserves the right to remove any Attendee whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Frances Ann Capital Partners reserves the right to modify the Event agenda, speakers, location, date, or format, or to cancel the Event if circumstances require. No liability shall arise from such changes or cancellation to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Acceptance

By registering for or attending the Event, Attendee confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
